How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders by USPS Ground. Currently we only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For overseas orders, please call in your order at: 1-978-407-7849 or email us at contact@againnagain.com.

How long will it take to get my bag?

We make each bag by hand and as a small, fast growing company, we do our best to get all of our orders out as soon as we can. While we are currently working at 2-3 weeks for each order, our lead-times vary.

What is a custom order?

A custom order is anything different than our standard offering. It can be a name, number or different handle. When doing a custom order, please be as specific as possible in your descriptoin. Custom orders are not returnable.
